What are Vacay or Stay's Opening Hours?Vacay or stay is open Monday to Saturday 9:00 - 17:30. Outside these hours, you can still send a message or email—I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. If you're travelling and need urgent support, I do monitor messages for emergencies.

What services do you offer?I provide tailor-made travel planning, including flights, accommodations, excursions, travel insurance, and support throughout your trip. All you need to do is fill out the preference form and I will create your quote. If you have seen a trip you want elsewhere, screenshot it, send it to me and I will do a like for like and see what other perks I can offer.

What support do you provide?I will be your point of contact, meaning there will be no call waiting, or call centres. You’ll have access to support before, during, and after your trip for peace of mind.

Does Vacay or Stay have financial protection?Yes, all holidays booked are fully insured by ABTA and ATOL (unless otherwise stated). This gives you peace of mind from the time of booking until you return home.

How do I book with you?You start with a preference form and once you fill it in and we discuss your preferences, I’ll send a tailored quote and we take it from there. The more you fill in the better I can accommodate you.

Can I pay in instalments?Yes, most suppliers offer low deposits and payment plans. You will receive dates of when each payment needs to be paid.

Do prices change after I receive a quote?Yes, prices and availability can change until the booking is confirmed. Travel is dynamic like that, so it's always good to act fast.

How far in advance should I book?The earlier, the better - especially for peak seasons, family travel, or group trips. For most trips, 6–12 months ahead gives you the best choice and prices.

Is it more expensive to book through you?Not at all. I work with trusted suppliers and tour operators, often with exclusive rates or extras. Any fees are always transparent and typically pay for themselves in saved time, stress, and better experiences.

Do you specialise in certain destinations?Yes! I focus on the Caribbean including Mexico, Europe, luxury escapes, all-inclusive and honeymoons. If I don’t personally specialise in an area, I have access to a global network of trusted suppliers who do and will offer you the best quote available. I can also offer advice, whether you know where you want to go or you’re open to suggestions, I’ll help you choose based on your travel style and budget.
